Where the AI advantage is in property management
The advantage is not having "an AI" on the brochure. It is asking a question about the portfolio and getting the answer that matches the person's rights, without opening three files. In October 2026 Kloyz does that in three specific places. Everywhere else, the work stays human.
The WhatsApp assistant, on the file
The team asks in WhatsApp: this month's arrears, when a lease ends, opening a ticket. The assistant answers from the agency's data, in Hebrew, French, English or Russian, and only inside the scope of the person asking. An agent does not receive a colleague's portfolio.

The WhatsApp inbox itself is not the model. It is the conversation with the owner and the tenant, inside 24 hours. Marketing through Meta templates is an option, off by default.
Reading the cheque
Photographing a rent cheque and attaching it to the lease avoids retyping the amount, date, drawer and number. Kloyz reads those fields. A person approves. The status follows: scanned, approved, deposited, rejected, cancelled. Each scan is billed once, ₪5 before VAT plus 17% VAT. The reading does not decide that the cheque is good. It avoids the copy.
The Kloyz Sales score is not a chat
On properties for sale, Kloyz compares an active buyer with mandates still open. It first drops city, budget, rooms, floor, property type and must-have features that do not fit. Then it scores from 0 to 100, with an extra for a mamad, a balcony and parking. That is not a conversation with a model, and it is not purchase advice. The agent decides on the viewing. What AI does not do
It does not sign the lease. It does not settle a dispute. It does not replace the viewing. It does not guarantee that a buyer fits. It does not invent a rent figure that is not on the contract.
The gain, in 2026, is the time between the question and the right figure, and the fact that the figure stays inside the person's scope. Building the model yourself, next to the file, is a different subject: why not build a CRM with Claude.

Is another app required for the assistant?
No. The question goes out in WhatsApp. The answer comes from the CRM.
Is the assistant inside the ₪199?
The management assistant is in Manage, from ₪199 per month up to 15 apartments. Cheque scan is billed separately. The Sales score is in the Sales subscription, ₪399 or ₪599, not on the rental grid.
Can WhatsApp Marketing be left off?
It is off by default. The inbox and the assistant do not depend on that option.
