What a Kloyz subscription actually includes in 2026
Kloyz is the rental CRM for agencies and property managers in Israel. In October 2026, the Manage subscription holds the day-to-day file. Kloyz Sales is a second product, for buying and selling. This page states what is included, what is separate, and what the tool does not replace.
One file, not three
Owners, apartments, tenants, leases, maintenance, tasks and documents live in the same agency. Each user sees the scope assigned to them. When an agent leaves, the file stays in Kloyz.
The product page is property management software.
Rent follows the lease
Planned rent comes from active contracts. Arrears are visible without rebuilding a spreadsheet. The owner report comes out of the file, without retyping the month.
Israeli accounting and e-signature
Accounting documents go through Morning, Invoice4U, Rivhit or SUMIT. Lease signing goes through 2Sign, with a tracked flow. Kloyz is not the accountant and does not draft the deed.
WhatsApp, where the team already works
The inbox is in the CRM: conversations with owners and tenants, free-form replies inside the 24-hour window. The assistant answers inside the agent's access scope, in Hebrew, French, English or Russian: arrears, a lease status, opening a ticket.
WhatsApp Marketing is a separate option, off by default. Without it, the inbox stays open. Campaigns use Meta-approved templates. The flow is on the WhatsApp assistant page.
The public Manage price
₪199 per month up to 15 apartments. Then ₪15, ₪13 or ₪10.5 per apartment by tier. Above 200 apartments, a quote. Annual billing is 10% cheaper than monthly. There is no published setup fee.

What is not inside the ₪199
Rent-cheque scan sits on the lease: Kloyz reads the amount, date, drawer and number, then tracks scanned, approved, deposited, rejected or cancelled. Each scan is billed once, ₪5 before VAT plus 17% VAT.
Kloyz Sales is another subscription. ₪399 per month covers listings, contacts, the pipeline, the public page, the match score and reading listings other agencies have already published. ₪599 per month adds publishing, so other Sales agencies can see the listing. What Kloyz does not do
Kloyz does not run payroll, visas or a construction site. It is not an ERP in the Priority sense. It is not an operator that runs the homes instead of the agency.

Does the subscription include every management feature?
Rent, leases, e-signature, maintenance, reports and the WhatsApp assistant are in Manage. Cheque scan is billed per scan. WhatsApp Marketing is optional and off by default. Sales is a second product.
Can an agency take only Sales?
Yes. Manage and Sales are subscribed separately, or together.
How many people can sign in?
As many as the agency needs. Each person has a role and sees only their scope.
