How Kloyz scores a buyer against a listing
Kloyz Sales compares an active buyer with listings that are still open. The result is a score from 0 to 100, shown on the deal. It is not a conversation with a model, and it is not purchase advice. The agent decides on the viewing.
The product is on Kloyz Sales. Where this score sits beside Yad2 and WhatsApp is in A sales CRM, beside Yad2 and WhatsApp.
First, what is dropped
The contact has to be an active buyer. A seller alone gets no score. The listing has to still be in play: prospect, mandate, exclusive, or under offer. A sold or withdrawn listing is out.
Then hard filters: city, minimum and maximum budget, rooms, floor, property type, and must-have features. If one fails, the score is 0. The listing is not offered as a match. An apartment in Haifa does not "score low" against a buyer who only wants Tel Aviv. It is dropped.
Then, the weight
On what remains, the score is:
- budget counts for 45%
- rooms count for 30%
- features count for 25%
- a mamad, a balcony and parking add 5 points each, capped at 100
The numbers come from the CRM records. They do not come from a chat.
One example
A buyer wants Tel Aviv, up to ₪3.4 million, 3 rooms, with a mamad. A 2-room flat outside the budget does not pass. A 3-room flat in Tel Aviv, inside the budget, with a mamad, rises in the list. The score says where to look first. It does not say to buy.
Where the agent sees the number
On the deal, next to the listing. Standard, ₪399 per month, includes this score and reading listings other Sales agencies have already published. Marketplace, ₪599 per month, also publishes the agency's own listing. Internal notes and private phones do not leave with the listing.
