How do I create an account on Kloyz?
To create an account on Kloyz, you need to book a demo with a Kloyz sales representative. Click on the 'Book a demo' button present on all pages of the site. A member of our team will contact you to schedule a personalized demo and guide you through creating your account.
What features are included when I start?
From day one you get access to all Kloyz features (tenants, contracts, payments, maintenance, reports). Billing follows the published pricing on our Pricing page.
How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password by clicking on the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
Is Kloyz available in multiple languages?
Yes. Kloyz is available in Hebrew, French, English and Russian. The language can be changed in the account settings.
How do I add my first tenants?
After creating your account, go to the 'Tenants' section in your dashboard. Click on 'Add Tenant' and fill in the necessary information. You can also import your data from an Excel file.
Can I use Kloyz on mobile?
Yes, in the phone or tablet browser, with the same features as on a computer. There is no app to download from the App Store or Google Play.
How does billing work?
Billing is monthly or annual (−10% on annual). 1–15 apartments: minimum fee of ₪199/month (₪179.10/month annually). Beyond that, per-apartment pricing by tier on our pricing page. Over 200 apartments: custom quote.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
Do features change with the price?
No. Tenants, leases, e-signature, rent, repairs, reports and the WhatsApp assistant are included in every tier. The price follows the number of apartments: ₪199 a month up to 15, then ₪15, ₪13 or ₪10.5 per apartment. Above 200, on request. Annual billing is 10% cheaper. Cheque scan is billed separately: ₪5 before VAT, plus 17% VAT, per cheque. WhatsApp Marketing is optional and off by default. Kloyz Sales, for buying and selling, is a second product at ₪399 or ₪599 a month.
Can we scan a rent cheque?
Yes. You photograph the cheque, Kloyz reads the amount and the details, matches it to the lease, and you deposit it to the owner's account.
