By accessing or using KLOYZ.io and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and KLOYZ ("we", "our", "us").

KLOYZ provides a cloud-based property management platform (SaaS) that allows users to: - Manage their properties and tenants - Track payments and contracts - Organize maintenance - Generate reports and analytics - Access other property management features We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any or all of our services at any time, with or without notice.

3.1 User Account: To use certain services, you must create an account. You are responsible for: - Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials - All activities under your account - Providing accurate and up-to-date information 3.2 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services. 3.3 Security: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: - Violate applicable laws or regulations - Infringe on others' rights (intellectual property, privacy, etc.) - Transmit malicious content (viruses, trojans, etc.) - Attempt unauthorized access to our systems - Use our services for spam, harassment, or fraudulent activities - Copy, modify, or distribute our content without authorization - Use robots, scrapers, or automated tools without authorization

All content, features, and technology of KLOYZ (including but not limited to: software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations) are the property of KLOYZ or its licensees and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our services in accordance with these Terms.

6.1 Your Content: You retain all rights to content you upload or create through our services ("User Content"). 6.2 License Granted to KLOYZ: By uploading content, you grant KLOYZ a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works of your content solely for the purpose of providing our services. 6.3 Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and warrant that it does not violate any rights of others.

7.1 Subscription Plans: We offer different subscription plans with different features. Details are available on our Pricing page. 7.2 Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance according to the chosen cycle (monthly or annual). All fees are non-refundable except as otherwise provided in these Terms. 7.3 Automatic Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. 7.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. Price changes will apply to subsequent renewals.

8.1 Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support. 8.2 Termination by KLOYZ: We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if: - You violate these Terms - You fail to pay due fees - Your account is inactive for an extended period - We believe your use poses a risk to our services or other users 8.3 Consequences of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access the services will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: 9.1 Warranty Disclaimer: OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 9.2 Damage Limitation: IN NO EVENT SHALL KLOYZ BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KLOYZ, its officers, employees, agents, and licensors from any claim, liability, damage, loss, and expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: - Your use of our services - Your violation of these Terms - Your violation of any third-party rights - Your User Content

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by: - Email to the address associated with your account - Notification on our website - Notification in the application Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using our services.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel. If you are located in the European Union, you also benefit from the rights provided by applicable European legislation.

13.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Legal Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and KLOYZ regarding the use of our services. 13.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. 13.3 Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. KLOYZ may assign these Terms at any time. 13.4 Force Majeure: We will not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
