A sales CRM, beside Yad2 and WhatsApp
An agency in Israel publishes on Yad2 and Madlan, then answers on WhatsApp. The listing lives on the portal. The rest often lives in one agent's phone: who called, who visited, who should be called on Thursday, and whether the commission is still open.

The portal is not the file
Yad2 and Madlan stay the sites where the agency publishes on its own. Kloyz does not send the listing to those portals, and there is no sync. The portal brings visibility. It does not hold the stage of the enquiry, the follow-up date, or a commission that is still unpaid.
WhatsApp carries the exchange. When the agent changes agency, or when two people answer the same number, the history does not stay with the property. Thursday's message is not a stage.
Four ways into the pipeline
Each deal keeps its source.
- Typed in. The agent creates the contact and the listing.
- Excel import. Listings and buyers that already sit in a sheet.
- Public page. The listing has a link. The visitor leaves a name, plus a phone or an email. Kloyz opens a deal at stage New, counts the visits, and emails the agent who holds the property. The source is public listing.
- Kloyz marketplace. At ₪599 per month, the listing is visible to other agencies that have Sales. They see the city, the rooms, the price and the public description. Internal notes, private phones and the public link stay with the agency that holds the listing.
Typing, import and the public page are in the ₪399 per month plan. That price is flat for the agency. It does not follow the number of apartments, and it is not the ₪199 rental grid.
Six stages, and a date on the current one
New, contacted, viewing, negotiating, won, lost. On the current stage, the agent sets a date and a note. The deal list puts the next follow-up first. Won and lost close the track. They do not replace the viewing.
Sales does not replace rental management
